WHAT IVE LEARRNT IN FORS1???
wel in tha past 5 or 6 weeks 4 meh iht was jus tryn 2 get used 2 this corse, tryn to feel comfortable in iht nd nw ive really got tha hang ov this.. im glad that i chose this corse b'cos i neva expectd al tha stuf that we du n iht... woht ive learnd from this corse is stuf lyke kayaking , workn owt at tha gym on diffrnt musle groups, ive learnd thngs about hw ur body adapts to fitness and woht thngs 2 du 2 keep fit, i found owt my speed on long distance runs nd short distance and i learnt bowt the components of fitness which i neva eva herd ov before !! i also hve a guhd idea on woht fitness meens nd hw 2 stay fit with those components nd making my body endure hard physical activity.
