SAFE????........... hmmm not 2 shua bowt tha definition ov that but yeh safety is important .... but being safe around jus ow teamwrkn stuf , im preti shua wea alredy safe ?? But thngs lyke bullying seem 2 defy safety ae so keepn safe isnt as iht seems? iht is always important 2 hve safty betwen eachotha lyke lookn after eachotha, no bulllying , let people say thngs freely , makn shua that we al support eachotha, nd we shuld always listn 2 our teacha b'cos he/she is tha 1 hu always keeps us safe.

todaes's lesson was shokn at start !! :O but thn as we startd listning and payn attenshin iht aktually got better ! i didn't no hw bad iht wuld b if we jus did fun aktivitees and listend i hope nw nd on people wil start using thea freaking taringa's!!!!!

wel in tha past 5 or 6 weeks 4 meh iht was jus tryn 2 get used 2 this corse, tryn to feel comfortable in iht nd nw ive really got tha hang ov this.. im glad that i chose this corse b'cos i neva expectd al tha stuf that we du n iht... woht ive learnd from this corse is stuf lyke kayaking , workn owt at tha gym on diffrnt musle groups, ive learnd thngs about hw ur body adapts to fitness and woht thngs 2 du 2 keep fit, i found owt my speed on long distance runs nd short distance and i learnt bowt the components of fitness which i neva eva herd ov before !! i also hve a guhd idea on woht fitness meens nd hw 2 stay fit with those components nd making my body endure hard physical activity.

Gym nd errrly 2dae
wel 2dae was kewl , we first started of wif that look uhp, look dwn game iht was differnt but preti bad b'cos i actualy didn't cheat nd got into tha finals !! :) HUA! hah nd thn we playd that counting game but that was jus 2 easy! nd then itwas GYMTYME! yeyah at tha gym 2dae i tryed 2 mainly work on 1 thng which were my lat's, my and mostly my backmuscles ..... jus tryed 2 keep iht simple ae
