faaaaarr!!! yesterdae was baaad !! wel first ov al i went for a 2 km run : ), nex i did a preti intense workout for ma arms( which are stil sore ass!) :( i really didn't focus on area 2 area b'cos i first ov al wantd 2 try owt tha machines and secndly was excitd 2 du sumfn i luv 4 p.e !!! man im gona look forward 2 tha nex tyme we go nd evretyme!!!
